X'pect Hair Group
I went to X'pect Hair Group last week to use the $200 voucher award from TMGY 2014!
I spent all $200 because my choice of service included bleach, dye, cut, wash and treatment. And one reason why it was so expensive was because mine was considered "artistic expression" and not normal dyeing in the words of the salon hairdressor.

I have only been to a salon twice my entire life so I can't really say much. When I was a kid my mom cut my hair, but now I just cut my own hair, so that explains. But I was really impress with the results. When I first requested for this, I didn't really expect them to be able to do it. But they did and this was exactly what I had wanted for the longest time in history. It's worth a try if you want this type of "artistic expression".
Basically I just asked them to bleach alternately horizontally,
draw it out, and show them a picture. If you want, there has to be some sort of illustration, don't be weird, don't just say you want raccoon hair. hahaha.
Process:
After washing.

I didn't bleach my scalp because I love my scalp. Don't bleach your scalp, it's really harmful.
